NOTE: Percent adjust increases or decreases watering durations for
ALL zones and is primarily used when the timer is in non-smart
mode. If used in smart mode, then percent adjust will revert to
100% in 2 days for WeatherSmartPRO; 5 days for the WeatherSmart.
