4. User Tips
The le� figure indicates that the Micro SD card is not inserted.
Please shut down before the card is inserted.
1. Correctly insert Micro SD card into the card slot and do not abruptly remove the
card or ba�ery.
(Before using the Micro SD card, format the card first to ensure that the card is not
locked, and
Follow the logo under the card slot to insert the card in the right orienta�on. Press the
card to pop it out. Do not pull it out directly!
2. Use big brand and high-quality 8 AA ba�eries, preferably lithium ba�eries. Do not
mix old and new ba�eries together or different brands of ba�eries, pay a�en�on to
the posi�ve and nega�ve electrodes when inser�ng, and remove the ba�eries when
the device will not be used for a extended period of �me to prevent the liquid
corrodes the ba�ery compartment. If the ba�ery compartment is corroded due to
leakage, you can try to clean the contact terminals or power the unit with a Power
Bank (5V 1A~2A) as power source instead of the ba�ery.
Power Consump�on (Tested using new Energizer Ba�ery). Actual Ba�ery life will
different based on ba�ery capacity, brand, ambient temperature … etc.
3. The device is equipped with all-op�cal glass lenses with mul�-layer coa�ng, to
prevent oil fouling, please use a so� cloth to wipe it from the middle to two sides!
4. Water Resistance Ra�ng: IPX4. It cannot be immersed in water so as to prevent any
damage against instrument circuit.
5. When upgrading the so�ware, ensure that the power is on in the upgrade process!
