Assembly Instructions
The RAIS Malta and the RAIS Bora stoves come assembled. To add the Soapstone top
plate on the RAIS Malta, remove the steel top plate and replace with the Soapstone top
plate and the 2 bushings that are supplied. You may also just place the Soapstone top
plate directly on top of the steel plate. CAUTION: Soapstone is fragile, so please handle
with care.
The RAIS Bando soapstone panels come detached. To assemble, first check that all the
soapstone is in good condition. Then, attach the metal frames to the 2 soapstone side
panels, using the screws and washers that are included. Take care not to over-tighten.
