responsible for you, and guaranteeing premium after-sale service, please carefully 
read and fill up this sheet. 

Warranty Policy: 

1.

Our products carry a type warranty period of 1 year after warranty sheet has 
been provided to you. In this period, any problem that caused by the product 
itself and confirmed by our technical engineers will be fixed free of charge. 

2.

Please present the warranty sheet and the receipt when requesting services. 

3.

The following circumstances are not included in the warranty: 



Products are misused, or used in abnormal situations. 



Damages that are attributable to improper installation, disassembly or 
repairing by unauthorized parties. 



Product serial number and the number on receipt are amended without 
permission. 



Damages caused by natural disasters or human behaviors. 



Product has been exceeded warranty period. 



Damages that are attributable to use the components that are not Raisecom's. 



Damages caused by accident or man factor, include: Computer Viruses, 
Improper Carry, Extrusion, Kotow, Scuffing, Bump, High-temperature, 
Inputting improper voltage, Cauterization, etc. 



Damages caused by irresistible power (for instance: Earthquake, Flood and 
etc). Other damages which are not attributable to product design, technology, 
product, and quality.

We are providing lifetime repairing services to our products. Repairing 
outside the warranty period will be charged of the cost.
