It is necessary to become familiar with the location and purpose of each control
before operating the Mini-Skid
.
ENGINE CONTROLS – GASOLINE
1 – Choke Control
2 – Throttle Control
3 – Low Fuel Warning
4 – Low Hydraulic Oil Light
5 – Engine Oil Pressure Light
6 – Engine Temperature Light
7 – Headlight Switch
8 – Hourmeter
9 – Ignition Switch
Choke Control – Pull choke control
out to start a cold engine. As the
engine warms up push choke
control in gradually.
Throttle Control – When the Throttle
control lever is set down the engine
is at idle speed. Pushing the control
up increased the engine speed.
Low Fuel Warning – This light
illuminates when the fuel level is low.
Stop the engine and add gasoline
immediately if the light comes on.
Low Hydraulic Oil Light - This light
illuminates if the hydraulic oil is low.
Stop the machine immediately and
add oil.
Engine Oil Pressure Light – This light
illuminates if the engine oil is low.
Stop the engine and add oil
immediately if the light comes on.
Engine Temperature Light – This
light illuminates if the engine
temperature becomes too hot. Shut
off the engine immediately.
Headlight Switch – Turns headlights
on and off.
Hourmeter - The hour meter records
total machine hours. NOTE: The
hourmeter accumulates whenever
the machine key is not in the off
position.
Ignition Switch – The ignition switch
is a three-position switch. Clockwise
from the OFF position is the ON and
start position.

Be Sure Ignition Key is in OFF
Position, or Even Removed, When the
Engine is Not Running.
IMPORTANT
For Maximum Power While Working,
the Engine Should Be Running at Full
Throttle.
