RA27 Magazine Use
MAGAZINE ASSEMBLY
The Ramset RA27 can be equipped with
an optional fastener magazine (RA27MAG).
The magazine angle can be rotated to
improve its use in tight locations. The
maximum fastener length for the magazine
is 1-1/4 inches. For best performance use
Ramset collated TE__X Series fasteners:
• TE12X • TE34X • TE100X • TE114X
Be sure tool is unloaded and remove
any remaining fasteners from the
magazine.
1. Locate the knurled collar and unscrew
the Fastener Guide. Once unthreaded,
pull it from the tool.
2. Align the magazine to the barrel, press
to click the magazine onto the threads.
Turn the knurled collar to thread the
magazine onto the barrel. As you turn
the knurled collar, you will begin to feel
the thread engage and tighten.
1. Pull follower back to its stop and load
the collated fastener strip into position.
2. Release the follower. Note the silver
button on the outside top of the
magazine. When the button is raised,
there is a pin in the muzzle ready.

If the silver button is down, the
magazine is empty or not feeding.
