Adjustment of degree of grinding

The doser grinder is tested with an intermediate grinding setting. You can adjust the
degree of grinding of the co

 ee to your taste which can, however, also be in

fl

 uenced by

the type of co

 ee and the freshness of the beans.

To grind the beans more

fi

 nely  or

coarsely, turn the adjustment ring (detail
1) located under the hopper (detail 2).
•  Turn the ring clockwise to grind more

coarsely;

•  Turn the ring anti-clockwise to grind

more

fi

 nely;

The ring must be adjusted with the
motor running. It is advisable to grind
small quantities of co

 ee for a visual

assessment of the degree of grinding.

Prepare a co

 ee to check that the brewing

time, appearance and

fl

 avour meet with

your satisfaction.
For an espresso, take into consideration
that too coarse a grind results in a light
co

 ee without cream, while too

fi

 ne  a

grind results in a dark co

 ee  without

cream.
