Switches the reference on
Example:
//Output reference signal of 100 MHz.

<Frequency>
This command defines the frequency of the external reference oscillator.
If the external reference oscillator is selected, the reference signal must be connected
to the rear panel of the instrument.
Example:
ROSC:EXT:FREQ 13MHZ
Sets the frequency to 13 MHz.
SOUR:EXT:ROSC:EXT:FREQ 13MHZ

This command selects the reference oscillator.
If you want to select the external reference, it must be connected to the R&S
FSV/A.
Parameters:

INTernal
The internal reference is used (10 MHz)
EXTernal | EXTernal1 | EXT1
The external reference from the "REF INPUT 10
MHZ" connec-
tor is used; if none is available, an error flag is displayed in the
status bar
EAUTo
The external reference is used as long as it is available, then the
instrument switches to the internal reference

This command queries the current reference type in case you have activated an auto-
matic switch to the internal reference if the external reference is missing.
