Activates/Deactivates or Queries the Ramp function for the previous selected channel.
Parameters:

Sets/Queries the duration of the voltage ramp.
Parameters:

Duration of the ramp function in seconds.

Minimum duration of the ramp function at 0.00 s.
MAX
Minimum duration of the ramp function at 10 s.
DEF
Default duration of the ramp function at 0.01 s.
Range:
0.01 to 10.00

Example:

VOLT:RAMP:DUR? -> 4
Duration of the ramp function is set at 4 s.
