Determines the units the trigger delay is expressed in.

The command specifies the trigger delay (expressed as a number of samples) for
external triggering.
Parameters:
<Delay>

Example:
BB:ARB:TRIG:SOUR EXT
selects an external trigger
BB:ARB:TRIG:DEL 200
sets a delay of 200 samples for the trigger.
