All values in one row have to be defined. Rows with missing values are ignored and
not saved. Values of incomplete rows get lost.
If you use
global dwell time in list mode

although the values are not used for generating the signal.

Edit List Mode Data
Table with correction or list values.

Sets the frequency values.
