Additional test ports (R&S
ZNBT only)
Various Options
The R&S
ZNBT8 is available with a minimum of 4 test ports (order number
1318.7006.24) that are either equipped with standard or with
reflectometers (option ZNBT8-B504).
The base unit can be extended by additional blocks of 4 ports, up to a maximum of 24
ports. Again, these additional port blocks can either be equipped with standard reflec-
tometers or with Extended Dynamic Range reflectometers. Mixed equipping is suppor-
ted.

Extended Dynamic Range reflectometers are not available for these models.

Time domain analysis

The network analyzer measures and displays complex S-parameters and other quanti-
ties as a function of the frequency. The measurement results can be filtered and math-
ematically transformed to obtain the time domain representation, which often gives a
clearer insight into the characteristics of the DUT.
