3. When the Upper Bead Breaker Roller is raised to the
Highest position the Upper Bead Breaker Roller Arm
Automatically flips up and out of the way. (See Fig. 9.14)
4. To flip down the Upper Bead Breaker Roller without
rasing the Roller to top most position Press on the
Release Lever.
5. The Upper Bead Breaker Roller must be lowered at
least an inch below the top most height before pushing
the Upper Roller into the Flipped down and locked
position. Push down on the Bead Breaker Roller
Assembly to lock it in place. Push on the release lever or
raise the assembly to the highest point to release. Push
down on the Upper Bead Breaker Roller to lock it in place
(See Fig. 9.15)
Top Bead Assist Roller
1. The top Bead Assist Roller helps position the top
bead into the drop Center of the Wheel during mounting
and demounting.
2. The height of the Bead Assist Roller’s height is con-
trolled and adjusted using the same controller used for
the Top Bead Breaker Roller. (See Fig. 9.16)
3. It will be set at the same height as the Top Bead
Breaker Roller
4. Loosen the locking Knob and set the Bead Roller Arm
Into the desired Position. (See Fig. 9.17)
5. Use the Locking Knob to lock the Bead Roller Arm in
position after placement.
