The product is controlled by PCB system, and is strictly debug
before leaving factory. Before first usage, please charge the battery
with USB plug (Input voltage DC5V) connected to computer directly
or with USB power supply. If you are outdoor, you may charge with
its car plug, but make sure your car power supplier is DC12V.
Battery charger hole (Part 5) is DCΦ3.2. To charger the battery,
please make sure both fan and LED light are turned off. When
battery charger, the power supply indicator (Part 4) is red, once it
turns to green (need about 4 hours), that means battery is full and
ready for work. It will take longer for first time (about 5 hours).
Please make sure the clamp is fixed firmly, adjust the fan before
turning on fan speed switch (Part 3). The product has three fan
speeds: off-0, speed 1, speed 2. You can choose as you like.
Please turn off the fan once finished working to save energy.
The product also has LED light for easy use under bad environment.
Push the LED light switch (Part 6) to open the light. This function is
separate from fan function.
The product use strong lithium battery, model no. 18650. It can
make the fan continuously work for about 3 hours after once full
battery charge. Use both fan and LED light will reduce the working
hours a little. Please charge battery once the power supply indicator
(Part 4) is twinkle. It will reduce the battery life if you still use the
fan under this condition.

Please charge battery once the power supply indicator (Part 4) is
twinkle. If it works still with low battery, not only reduce battery
life, even may make the battery unchangeable anymore.
The clamp holder is made by metal and strong spring, with great
open mouth. So do not test the elastic force by put your fingers into
open mouth. It may hurt your fingers.
The product belongs to low voltage product, but since it has PCB
control system, do not use the product in rain or beside fountains.
Or else it may destroy the PCB part. Please use little alkaline water
to clean the product. Do not wash with normal water directly.
The products is made by plastic and metal which stands for high-
temperature, but still recommend to keep the fan away from fire
more than 25cm at leastin order to avoid any housing destroy.
Please ask professional person to change the battery. Battery
specification: model-18650, voltage-DC3.7V, Capacity-2000mah.
When use car plug to charge battery, please make sure your car
power supply is DC12V, or else the PCB may be destroyed.
