BURNER CLEANING:
1. Turn off the gas supply, and make sure all the knobs are in the
OFF
position.
2. Wait for the grill to cool.
3. Remove the griddle.
4. Remove the burner fixing bolt and lift the burner out of the firebox.
5. Clean the exterior of the burner with a brass brush. Use a metal scraper to remove
stubborn stains.
6. Clear clogged ports with a straightened paper clip. Never use a wooden toothpick as
it may break off and clog the port.
7. If insects or other obstructions are blocking the flow of gas through the burner, call
customer service at
1-888-837-1380. Make sure to center the burner over the orifice.
MAIN BURNER REPLACEMENT:
1. Remove the griddle.
2.
Remove the burner fixing bolt as shown

3.
Remove the carry over
.
4. Remove the burner from the grill body.
