Put a suitable container under the bottom cover of the tank and open the drain plug to release the
oil.
Clean oil back filter cover
Fill the fuel tank with new oil
Run the engine for a few minutes and then close the oil level and add some oil if necessary.
Screw on the oil filter cover
Do not start the engine with the fuel tank empty
For the type of oil used, please refer to - Recommended Lubricant / Oil Meter.
4.6 Sliding block
The boom extension is done by a series of sliders. They are located on the boom to form a support
surface for continuous telescopic movement.
Periodically, or when the boom is difficult to flex, check the slider for signs of wear. Follow the steps
below when checking:
Loosen the set screw on the slider
Screw the slider until it touches the surface of the boom
If the sliders are worn out, they must be replaced.
The above checks must be performed on all four sliders.
4.7 Electrics
The machine has a wiring diagram that must be viewed before performing any electric-related
operations.
4.7.1Battery
1.The battery is located at the right rear of the machine under the engine hood.
2.Regularly check that the electrolyte is at a distance of 10-15 mm from the upper edge of the battery
case, and if not, replenish it with distilled water.
3.Do not use acidic liquids that may damage the battery. Use only distilled water. Keep the battery dry
and clean to avoid loss of power.
4.If the machine is not used for a long time, put the battery in a dry place and charge it every month.
Note
1.The battery contains corrosive liquids to avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In case of
accidental contact, immediately wash with water
2.If the eyes are exposed to corrosive liquids, wash them with plenty of water and return to the
emergency center for treatment.
3.When replacing the battery, do not smoke or get near the open flame because the battery contains
explosive gases.
4.Make sure the electrodes are correct before reconnecting the battery. Incorrect connections can
cause very serious damage to electrical components.
5.When servicing the circuit, use the main power switch to turn off the power.
6.If you need to weld on the machine, cut off both the battery and the motor.
