Factory Presets
Your machine comes preset to automatically switch from running (temperature going up to melt) and stopped (temperature
holding) to preserve the longevity of both your unit and colloid material.
NOTE: To reset the timer function, turn the power OFF and then back ON.
Temperatures for the Neycraft duplicating unit are preset at the factory to 194°F (90°C) for melting and 131°F (55°C) for
holding. These temperatures can be manually changed to accommodate your needs. See instructions for Temperature Setting
(under Factory Mode Status) below.
Set-Up Instructions
1.
Carefully unpack and remove all packing materials from around and inside the machine.
2.
Place the machine on a level surface suitable to hold the weight of the machine and its contents
.
NOTE: The machine and its contents will get HOT and should be placed in a heat safe location to avoid fire, damage, or
injury.
3.
Plug the machine into a surge protector that is connected to an outlet.
4.
Fill the machine completely with chopped duplicating material or contents of concentrate material. Duplicating material
should be well chopped into uniform pieces to facilitate proper melting. Take care to add the correct amount of water to
the concentrated material.
