On the control panel, push the

SET button. The Display Window will show the holding/constant temperature.

Push

UP or

DOWN button to set the desired HIGH/HEAT temperature.

Push the

SET button again to finalize the setting.

Press the

SET button again. The Display Window will display the holding/constant temperature.

Push

UP or

⑥

DOWN button to set the desired melting temperature.

Once you have achieved your desired settings, wait 30 seconds. The machine will automatically revert to the running
screen.
