Any newly created user is automatically put in this group until they
are assigned to another group.

Individual Group
An individual group is essentially a "group" of one. That is, the
specific user is in its own group and not affiliated with other groups.
Use an individual group when you need a user account can have the
same rights as a group.
Individual groups can be identified by @ in the Group Name.
The default user groups cannot be deleted but you can create additional
user groups that meet your needs and assign users to them, if needed.
