A channel ID including the word 'SCAN' will be displayed for each
scanned channel. The following illustrates the channel IDs during
scanning.
Generic channel ID comprising the word 'SCAN', channel number
and name
2nd-tier channel ID comprising the word 'SCAN', 1st-tier channel
number, 2nd-tier channel number and 2nd-tier channel name
To end the channel scan:
1.
Press any key on the keyboard.
2.
The channel ID's format returns back to normal, indicating the scan
mode ends. For details on channel IDs, see
Channel ID
(on page 33).

Video Adjustment
You can adjust the following video properties of the channel that is being
accessed.
Brightness
Contrast
To adjust a channel's video:
1.
Select the desired channel to have its video shown on the screen.

Accessing a Server
(on page 26).
2.
Press the hot key twice, then the letter "c" and finally press Enter.
With the default hot key "Scroll Lock", you should press:
Scroll Lock > Scroll Lock > C > Enter

The following video properties appear onscreen.

Press
or to select the video brightness or contrast.
