Changing the Modbus Configuration
You can enable or disable the Modbus agent, configure its read-only
capability, or change its TCP port.
A Modbus command begins with
network services modbus
.
Enabling or Disabling Modbus
This command enables or disables the Modbus protocol.

network services modbus enabled <option>
Variables:
<option> is one of the options:
true
or
false
.

The Modbus agent is enabled.

The Modbus agent is disabled.
Enabling or Disabling the Read-Only Mode
This command enables or disables the read-only mode for the Modbus
agent.

network services modbus readonly <option>
