Improper operation, maintenance or storage.

Corporation.

Circumstances beyond the control of Electric Mobility Corporation.

Labor, service calls, shipping and other charges incurred for repair of the product unless
specifically authorized by Electric Mobility Corporation except during the first thirty days of
ownership.

There is no other express warranty.
