5. Operation Instruction
5.1 Basic Breads

1. Take out the bread pan and install the blade.
(1) Grasp the bread pan handle and rotate anti-clockwise towards the

mark on the cavity, then lift up the bread pan.
(2) Install the blade onto the rotary shaft in the centre of bread pan.
2. Put the ingredients into the bread pan in below order:
(1) Water (or other liquid such as milk).
(2) Sugar, salt, milk powder and butter.
(3) Stack up the flour to hill shape, press down the top slightly to form a
dented hole. Put the instant dry yeast into the dented hole.
※
The instant dry yeast must not contact with any liquid, otherwise it
will affect the fermentation performance.
※
Active dry yeast is not applicable to the bread maker.
