Grilling the octopus:
Marinate cooked octopus in some oil and garlic, add
fleur de sel or sea salt.
Grill for 5 minutes on a second preheated roasting and
baking pan
using the same grilled vegetable setting.
Plate as desired. Add the basil after cooking to garnish
