Slice along the backs of the prawns and de-
vein them, but do not remove the shells.
Make a strong and flavorful herb compound
butter using the herbs, butter, pepper, and
salt, then transfer to a piping bag.
Now pipe the herb butter under the shells
and grill the prawns.
Select: fish, grill, thin, default coloration,

Preheat with Grill and pizza tray inside, grill
side up. When prompted, load prawns onto
grill plate and close door. Remove immediately when finished.
A baguette and some grilled asparagus make a good accompaniment.
