1.1.1 Your Ravenheat Condensing Combination
Boiler has been designed to supply your Central

unit. When central Heating is operating, the
circulation will be interrupted when domestic hot
water is being drawn off. This will normally not
affect the level of the heating.

1.2 CLEARANCES AROUND THE BOILER

Below 150mm     (6 inches)
Front   450mm     (18 inches)
Sides      5mm     (0.2 inches)
25mm (1 inch) at the front when installed
in a cupboard.

PLEASE NOTE

Due to the high effi ciency and resulting low fl ue  gas
exhaust temperature a white plume of condensation
vapour (cool steam) will be emitted from the fl ue outlet
terminal, this is quite normal.  It will be particularly
evident during periods of low outdoor temperatures or
when the boiler is working at its optimum performance.

if boiler has been fi tted in a compartment. Never hang
