Grilling
1. Place the meat in the middle of a
Grill Grid
. For best grilling results, the meat
should be at room temperature.
2. Hook the
Grill Grid
handle into the Grill Grid and push the meat into the on the
highest possible level.
3. Remove the Grill Grid handle as soon as you have positioned the meat in the grill.
4. Turn the meat over after approx. 45 - 90 seconds
Rule:
30 seconds per 100 grams of steak per side
5. As soon as the second side is also crispy or has reached the desired browning
ridge, place the steak to rest for 4 - 7 minutes in one of the Gastro Tray and then
place it at the bottom of the grill so that it can pull through and, for example, cook to
medium.
6. When the desired cooking level (Rare, Medium, Well Done etc.) is reached, place
the Gastro Tray with the meat to serve or simply to keep warm on top of the grill.
7.
Important:
never leave the Grill Grid in the Grill without food as long as the Grill is
at temperature, otherwise the Grill Grid may warp
Switch off the grill:

turn the control dial on the Rayno Grill to OFF.
