Procedure of the Track Change manoeuvre
Indications
Comment/Notes
An alert is displayed at the top bar of the display (see section 6).
Track
WOP IN x MIN OR LESS
two pulses
Set
x minutes before the WOP.
The approach time is transmitted from
the ECDIS to the Autopilot.
The LED “ACK” flashes.
At the top bar of the display the mes-
sage is displayed in long text.

WOP IN x MIN
Set
After acknowledgement the LED is alight
constant and the message text changes
to short text.
Please note: If this warning is not acknowledged it becomes an “Alarm”. With 3 pulses acoustical sound,
red and blinking message bar and the below mentioned message about the 30 seconds--warning is
dropped.

30 seconds before the track change ma-
noeuvre is started.
