Chain and Rear Wheel Replacement (Continued)
Required Tools:
Phillips Screwdriver and Two (2) 19 mm Wrenches

Install the new chain or wheel by slipping the chain around the axle. Slide
the axle into the slots on the frame. Slide the chain tensioner onto the rear
sprocket and motor sprocket.

Using two (2) 19 mm wrenches, tighten the axle nuts on both sides of the
rear axle.

Push downward and remove
the wheel.

Using a Phillips screwdriver,
reinstall the chainguard using the
four (4) screws.

Using a 5 mm Allen wrench,
reinstall the brake caliper using the
two (2) bolts.

Verify that the chain is properly
installed on each sproket.
