The machine does not move forward or in reverse.
Accelerator pedal connector disconnected
Reconnect connector
Safety micro-switch under the seat, broken
Replace micro-switch
Front drive wheel dameged or carbon brushes
worn
Replace electric motor or front drive wheel or
carbon brushes
Diff erential on rear wheels with electric traction
motor damaged or carbon brushes worn (option-
al).
Replace motor or carbon brushes
Traction motor thermal protection
Wait for motor cooling
Electric brake pedal pressed or damaged
Release pedal or replace
The vacuum motor switches off and does not start
Motor connection, motor damaged.
Check motor and the connections or replace
motor
Reverse gear engaged
Disengage reverse gear
The recovery tank fl oat has cut power to the vac-
uum motor.
Deactivate the vacuum function by pressing
button 6 {Fig.4}.
Float blocked by impurities
Clean fl oat (see WATER DRAINING AND CLEAN-
ING THE RECOVERY TANK {FIG.10}.
The machine does not move
Electric brake on front drive wheel, damaged or
not powered
Check electric brake operation
Electric brake on diff erential with rear wheels elec-
tric motor, damaged or not powered (optional)
Check electric brake operation
Water leak when machine is stopped
Feed tube broken
Replace
The brushes do not lift or lower
Brush motor thermal protection
Wait for motor cooling
Solution tank empty
Fill the tank
Batteries discharged by 80%
Recharge batteries
The brush actuator does not receive power
