QUICK START 

1.

 

Press and hold 

"Power/Measure” trigger to turn 

on the thermometer. 

2.

 

The light next to the word BODY should be lit to 
indicate it is in BODY MODE. If the light next to 
the word SURFACE is lit, press the "MODE" 
button to select BODY MODE 

 
3.

 

Point the head of the thermometer .5 inches to 
approximately 2 inches from the forehead  

4.

 

Pull the “Power/Measure” trigger and release. 

The temperature will display in the LCD Viewing 
window.  

5.

 

The thermometer will turn off automatically in 1 
minute. 

6.

 

The reading will automatically be transferred to 
the RCP SmartHub and then sent to your 
provider.
