Unable to start
Please try the following operations:

Make sure that there is power supply for the power socket.

Connect the power cables properly.

Turn on the power switch of the product.

The computer could not Sign into the Web interface

Make sure that the computer and the product are connected in the same
interconnected network.

Make sure that the network parameters (such as IP address) of the
computer and the product have been set according to the requirements of
the network administrator.

Use the network tool and software to test the network connection between
the computer and the product. For example, use the ping command.
If you still could not Sign into the web interface, please contact the network
administrator.
