SECTION 9. WARRANTY INFORMATION 

 
Dear Customer, 
 
Thank you for purchasing your electric scooter from The Real Scooters. Your new electric 
scooter is protected by a limited warranty. In order to better serve you, please read the 
following conditions carefully and complete the provided warranty card. 
 

Conditions Apply 
 

The Real Scooters limited warranty covers damage to your scooter that may occur in transit, 
such as motor or battery failure. The warranty is guaranteed for a period of one year from the 
date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the following: 
 

 

Product modifications approved by you, the customer, before delivery. 

 

Consumable and quick-wear parts such as LED lights, tires and tubes, braking system, 
brake cable, plastic parts, covers, etc. 

 

Artificial damage caused by wading, accessing inappropriate power sources or using 
inappropriate accessories. 

 
A reasonable fee applies to any repairs needed under the following circumstances: 
 

 

The warranty period has expired. 

 

The serial number or labels on major parts have been removed or destroyed.  

 

Details on the warranty card do not match the physical identification of goods or have 
been altered. 

 

Damaged was caused due to a failure to abide by product specification requirements or 
due to unreasonable maintenance. 

 

Damaged was caused by irresponsible factors. 

 

Total accumulated scooter mileage exceeds 1,242 miles.
