4. Attach the front wire frame to the back wire frame
by placing the 2 open wire ends in the front of the
back wire frame into the circular washer holes on the
back of the front frame.
5. Insert hooks, nuts and bolts as in steps 2 and 3.
6. Place magnetic strip onto the panel of the front
wire frame.
