Correct Disposal of This Product

Hot air soldering
1. Place the hot air soldering iron on the stand.
2. A suitable nozzle must be installed.
Note:
Do not push the nozzle in or pull the edges of the nozzle with pliers. Also, do not
over tighten the screw.
3. Turn on the hot air soldering iron with the button next to the hot air soldering
iron connection socket. Cold air flow turns on.
4. Use buttons to set temperature and air flow level.
5. Use a solder tape for soldering.
6. Apply the proper quantity of solder paste and install the SMD on the PWB.
7. After finishing work, turn off the hot gun with the button next to the hot air
soldering iron connection socket. Cold air flow turns on. After about 1 min. turn
off control unit.
Hot air desoldering
1. Place the pick-up tool under the chip, choosing the appropriate width.
2. Put the nozzle on the pins of the IC (do not touch directly), so that the hot air can
melt the solder tin on the IC pin, and then use the tweezers to remove the IC.
3. After finishing work, turn off the hot gun with the button next to the hot air
soldering iron connection socket. Cold air flow turns on. After about 1 min. turn
off control unit.
