Before contacting your dealer to complain, please check to see
if the problem can be solved by following the advice below:

Battery is empty
or not inserted

Transport lock
active
No contact on the
centre pole
Charge the battery /
insert the battery. Clean
the threads of the battery
and of the vaporiser with
a cloth. Deactivate the
transport lock.
Raise the centre pole of the
battery up slightly.
There is too
little vapour
Battery is empty /
tank is empty
Charge the battery / refill
the tank / change the core.
Battery is
not char-
ging
Charger not
connected /
power failure
Connect the charger (LED
status light red or green) /
resolve power failure.
Battery life
is becoming
shorter and
shorter
Normal wear and
tear of the battery
Order a new battery from
your dealer or from red kiwi.
