Description of fault noted
Possible cause of fault
Remedy
Cannot lift or lower rated load
Lack of air pressure
Hose is too long, or size is too small. Or air
pressure loss due to using quick coupler
Damage on Pendant hose
Foreign material is stuck in pendant or piping part
Defective operation caused by rust of Valve part
Limit shaft does not move smoothly due to rust
Incorrect assembling of Valve bush
Adjustment of Load Limiter is not correct
Silencer parts are clogged
Defective parts in Motor
Defective parts in Gear
Brake is not released due to damage on O-rings
and packing
Adjust air inlet pressure (6 Bar)
Adjust hose length, or change hose dia and piping part
Replace hose
Remove foreign material
Replace defective part
Replace Limit shaft and Limit shaft bush
Reassemble Valve bush
Adjust Load limiter as per section 7.2
Clear each Silencer or Replace
Replace defective part

Replace O-ring and Gasket
Cannot perform slow speed operation
