Insert the crimped ends of the cables into the Isolator terminal protectors provided.

Mount the SBI unit in a convenient location.  Redarc recommends connecting the SBI as 

close as possible to the start battery.

Connect the SBI ground wire to chassis earth, ensure a good connection is made, and any 

paint removed from the mounting location.

Connect one of the Battery positive cables to the Start battery positive terminal as shown in 

diagram.  NOTE, the cable should be installed with the fuse closer to the battery, not the SBI.

Connect the other end of this cable to the SBI.  This cable should be mounted to the terminal 

on top of the SBI with the control box connected to it.  Coil any excess cable and mount out 

of the way of anything that may damage the cable.
