STEP FOUR
Do not allow the container for pulp (3) to be filled completely. It can break the operating of juice
extractor. For clearing of the pulp container put the regulator (1) in position «o». take out a
pusher (8), lower clamps (2 and 12) and take off the lid (6). then remove the container for pulp
(3) and devastate it. switch off a juice extractor from a network after usage.
!!! Gently processing such berries as: grapes, currant, gooseberry, the chamber of
the filter get littered faster. For extraction of juice from these products more frequent
cleaning of juice extractor and filter are required.
!!!Attention. some kinds of apples, and also the over-riped apples are not intended for
juice extraction since they have the friable pulp sticking to walls of a cover. It causes fast
filling of the filter chamber and its contamination that breaks a juice extractor operation
mode. Using such kinds of apples for juice extraction more frequent cleaning of a juice
extractor from the pulp is required.
HINTS:
1. Use fresh fruits and vegetables, they contain more juice as well. Pineapples, beet, celery,
apples, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, melons, tomatoes, pomegranates, grapes and many other
fruits, and vegetables fit a juice extractor.
2. there is no necessity to remove a thin cover and a peel. Remove only inedible parts, for
example, a peel of an orange, banana, kiwi, melons or the undercooked parts of a beet.
Removing the kernels is obligatory.
3. Preparing a juice, remember that the consistence of apple juice depends on kinds of apples
used. If the apple is more juicy, the extracted juice is more watery.
4. Apple juice is oxidised very quickly. oxidation can be slowed down by adding some drops of
lemon juice to it.
5. starch-containing fruits, such as bananas, papaya, avocado, fig and mango are not suitable
for juice preparation in juice extractor. to extract juice from them use a kitchen machine or a
blender. For these purposes use of kitchen mashine and blenders ReDMoND is optimal.
6. Drink juice at once after its preparation. having stayed some time for air, juice loses flavouring
qualities and nutritional value.
