Begin the daily walk-around inspection starting at item one as noted on Figure 2.0.
Continue around the machine, checking each item in sequence for the conditions listed in
the following checklist on pages 18-22.
TO AVOID POSSIBLE INJURY, MAKE SURE THERE IS NO POWER SUPPLIED TO THE
MACHINE DURING THE WALK-AROUND INSPECTION. DO NOT OPERATE THE MACHINE
UNTIL ALL MALFUNCTIONS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED.

Daily Walk-around Inspection

A person who has acquired training, qualifications, or a combination of these, the knowledge and skill enabling the
person to inspect and repair the machine to the level required by the complexity of the task.
Table 2.0 outlines the periodic machine inspection and maintenance recommended
by ReechCraft. Consult local regulations for further requirements. The frequency of
inspections and required maintenance must be increased if the machine is exposed to
harsh conditions, increased use, or if the machine is used in a severe manner.
