Mast Track Wear
Check that the track is not worn (0.2 inches tooth remaining) and that the galvanized surface is
in good condition and no corrosion or excessive rust is present. (See Figure 6.0)
Mast Track Misalignment
Be sure that the track is aligned properly at the joint location. If the track is bent or
damaged in any way, it must be replaced by a qualified mechanic before machine use
may resume. (See Figure 6.0)
Mast Track Connector Wear
Mast track misalignment may be due to worn or damaged coupling pins located in the
mast connector. If any part of the connector is worn or excessively loose (0.03 inches or
more, see Figure 6.0) when properly coupled and locked together, it must be replaced
before machine use may resume. (See Figure 6.0)
