Setting front axle alignment:
The setting takes place by twisting the track rod (D). Due to the
left-hand/right-hand thread, the track rod does not have to be
removed for this purpose.
Depending on rotating direction, the toe in or toe out is set.
Instead of the track rod, you can also turn the ball-head screws
(A) and (B).
The outer metal grub crews (C) must not be turned since they
only fasten the ball-head screws in the axle spur.
For this, observe the description in chapter 10. a).
Setting toe-in:
Turn both ball-head screws (A) and (B) clockwise.
Setting toe-out:
Turn both ball-head screws (A) and (B) counter-clockwise.
Setting rear axle alignment:
The outer metal grub crews (C) must not be turned since they
only fasten the ball-head screws in the axle spur.
For this, observe the description in chapter 10. a).
Setting toe-in:
The ball-head screw (B) is turned clockwise, the ball-head screw
(A) is turned counter-clockwise.
Setting toe-out:
The ball-head screw (B), pointing towards the vehicle front must
be turned counter-clockwise.
The ball-head screw (A) pointing towards the vehicle tail must
be turned clockwise.
