16. Troubleshooting
Even though the model and the remote control system were built to the state of the art, there may still be malfunctions
or faults. For this reason, we would like to give you some information on how to deal with possible problems.
Problem
Remedy
Transmitter doesn’t respond.
• Check the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check the polarity of the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check on/off switch.
The LED in the transmitter is not lit.
• Check or replace the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check the polarity of the batteries in the transmitter.
• Check on/off switch.
Model does not react, the LEDs in the quadrocopter
flash slowly.
• Check function of the remote control transmitter.
• Perform activation of the quadrocopter again.
Propellers do not start.
• Check flight battery charging state.
• Use different flight battery for test purposes.
Quadrocopter tips to the side when starting.
• Switch on the quadrocopter again and do not move
the model while doing so.
• Check ease of movement of the drive motors.
Quadrocopter shows too little performance or too short
flight times.
• Check flight battery charging state.
• Replace flight battery.
The quadrocopter always flies in one direction.
• Adjust transmitter trimming.
• Difficult flight conditions (wind or draft)
Quadrocopter reacts very slowly to the control com-
mands.
• Switching to sport or expert mode
