14. Troubleshooting
Even though the model and the remote control system were built to the state of the art, there may still be malfunctions
or faults. For this reason, we would like to give you some information on how to deal with possible problems.

Remedy
The motor does not turn and does not
emit any sounds when the battery is
connected to the flight controller.
•
Check the plug contacts between the rechargeable battery and the
flight controller.
• Check flight battery.
• Check the plug contacts between the flight controller and the motor.
The motor emits a sound sequence
(♫ 1 2 3) and then a quick sequence
of short sounds after the battery is con-
nected.
• The flight controller receives no remote control signal.
• The flight controller does not recognise the current position of the
control lever for the motor function as the "motor off" position.
•
The end points of the throttle control path must be saved anew in the
flight controller (first take off the propeller!).
The motor emits a sound sequence
(♫ 1 2 3) and then two short sounds ( - -)
after the battery is connected.
•
The control lever at the remote control is set to full throttle and the
flight controller goes into programming mode.
•
If the control lever is in the mechanically correct position, the direc-
tion of the throttle channel must be changed (reverse function).
The motor turns in the wrong direction.
•
Two of the three motor connection lines must be swapped.
Servos and the receiver do not react.
• Check the receiver connection pug of the flight controller.
One servo does not react.
•
Run the affected servo on a different receiver output to test it.
•
Check the servo connection line and the plug connections.
•
Replace the servo.
