b) Switching on the Transmitter

Move the control lever for the pitch and yaw functions (also 

see figure 1, item 9) to the bottom position right at your 

body. 

Slide the on/off switch (also see figure 1, item 6) from the 

left position "OFF" to the right position "ON".

The transmitter emits two short signal sounds and the LED 

display (also see figure 1, item 1) starts to flash.

Slide the control lever for the pitch and yaw functions all 

the way up and then all the way down again. The transmit-

ter emits a short signal sound and the LED display is now 

lit permanently.
Then switch off the transmitter again with the on-off switch. 

If the power supply is no longer sufficient for proper operation of the transmitter, the LED flashes (see figure 3, item 1) 

in a cycle of one second and the remote control emits an alarm sound at regular intervals (approx. every 2 seconds).

In this case, terminate flight operation of the quadrocopter immediately and insert a new set of batteries in the trans

mitter.
