• With the trim regulator (
E
) the steering limit can be set. This means, the turning circle can be made smaller or bigger.
For slow driving small turning circles are useful, for fast driving the opposite setting enables a more sensitive steering.
• The lever (
K
) serves for forward and reverse drive. If the lever is pulled in the direction of the handle with the index
finger (only pull carefully for first road trials!) the vehicle has to drive forward. If the lever is pushed in the other
direction the vehicle will reverse.
If necessary the setting of the servo-reverse switch (
F
) is to be corrected.
When changing between going forward and reverse, the lever has to be briefly (approx. 1 second) in the centre
position (centre position = motor not moving).
When the lever is directly pushed from forward to reverse, the brake function of the drive takes place (vehicle will
NOT go reverse).
For example:
1. Release lever, vehicle is rolling to a halt (or doesn’t move).
2. Drive forwards, slightly pull the lever towards the handle
3. Drive forward and then brake (vehicle slows down, does not roll out slowly); move the lever directly from forward to
reverse drive.
4. Going forward and then going reverse (wait briefly between change, approx. 1 second)
Wait briefly
