SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING
If the screen fails or the performance drops sharply, check the unit by following the instructions
below: Also check connected devices to find the source of the error. If the unit still does not work
as expected, contact customer support.
No function
Check whether the mains adapter or the car adapter is connected to the unit.
Check if the slider is set to On.
No picture or no sound
Check whether the mains adapter or the car adapter is connected to the unit.
Check the picture and sound settings.
Check that the DVB-T antenna is connected correctly.
Switch to another channel.
Check that the connected devices (e.g. receiver) are connected correctly.
Poor picture quality
Check that the antenna is connected correctly.
Check the manual TV tuning of the TV channel.
Change the picture settings: Brightness, colour, sharpness, contrast and hue. Make
sure that the unit is not located near other electrical appliances that could cause radio
frequency interference.
No colour
Adjust the colour settings.
Check that the selected programme is broadcast in colour.
Make sure that the channel is tuned correctly.
The TV does not respond to the remote control
Make sure that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the unit.
Make sure that the remote control is within reach.
Make sure that the batteries in the remote control are full and correctly inserted.
