INSTALLATION
9)
Slide the thermodisc/cover assembly onto the bracket clip on the
left underside of the fi rebox. Ensure that no wires will touch hot
surfaces.
*Ensure that there is no interference with the wires when the louver
is closed and that no wire will touch the hot metal surfaces or sharp
edges.
10)
Slide the the Fan control box under the
clip on the fl oor of the fi rebox.
11)
To provide the maximum clearance from the louvers, plug the fan
power cord into the rear end of the receptacle box

Important:
Secure the fan wires and power cord by attaching
one of the adhesive backed wire holder clips (Part #910-199) onto
the unit base.
TO REMOVE THE FAN
1)
Turn the power off.
2)
Reverse the above instructions.
Maintenance:
The sealed bearings are lubricated, there is no need
to lubricate them further. (Extra lubricant will cause more lint and dust
buildup - causing the bearings to prematurely fail).
Regular cleaning and vacuuming of the fan area will add to the life of
the motor.
IMPORTANT:
These fans collect a lot of dust from within your home. Ensure you
maintain these fan motors on a regular basis by vacuuming
the fan blades and housing using a soft brush nozzle.
Slightly open clip with fl at head
screw driver if necessary.
Caution: If clip is opened too wide
it will not hold the Fanspeed
Control Box.
