14.2.7. Seat depth adjustment
The method of adjusting the seat depth is described below.
The method of adjusting the seat depth is described
below:
•
Hold with a flat spanner 2x M6 nuts (1), then
unscrew and remove from the holes the two M6
screws (2) fastening the backrest pins (black) (3)
on both sides of the frame
•
Pull out the entire backrest towards (3) towards
the back of the wheelchair (grasping both sides at
the same time)
•
You will see 3 adjustment holes (4) on the inside
of each pin from the backrest (3)
•
Slide in the dedicated spacer rings so that they
reveal the desired mounting hole (5)
•
Repeat the operation for applying spacers on
both sides.
•
Slide the backrest set back into the frame so that
it rests on the rings.
•
Insert the two M6 screws (2) back into the
dedicated holes (4)
•
Next step: Hold the M6 Allen key (2) and tighten
the two M6 nuts (1) tightly to secure the backrest
to the wheelchair frame
•
Do the same on the bothe side of the wheelchair
•
Check the backrest closing mechanism by pulling
the cord several times (6)
•
In the event of irregularities, adjust the backrest
folding mechanism.
