Intensity:

Press to choose low, 

medium, or high 

intensity vibration.

Mode:

Press to change the mode.

Heat:

Press to activate heat. The heat 

can be used independently of 

other functions, even with the 

power button off.

Mode Indicators

Mode Descriptions:

Pulsate

 - vibration increases 

and decreases at regular

intervals.

Tapping

 - short bursts of 

vibration.

Rolling

 - moves through each

area, from upper back to 

thighs, and then repeats at 

short intervals.

Auto

 -  cycles through various 

massage patterns.

Kneading

- constant vibration. 

Timer Button:

Press to set the 

massage/heat time 

at 15, 30, or 60 

minutes. 

Power:

Press to turn the massage 

function on and off. 

Massage Regions:

Each massage region may be 

turned off or on as desired, 

for any combination of 

regions and while any of the 

five modes are active. 

NOTE: The “LEGS” button 

controls the two lower 

regions.
